RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
a. Customized Products
Customized or personalized items (e.g. printed mugs, t-shirts, frames, etc. with customer-provided text or images) are not eligible for return or refund, unless:

There is a clear printing or customization error from our end.

Valid photo/video proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
b. Non-Customized Products
Returns are accepted for non-customized items under the following conditions:

Clear photo/video evidence of the issue must be shared.

c. Handcrafted Products
Handcrafted items are unique and may naturally vary in design, color, or texture. Returns are accepted only if:

2. RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST PROCEDURE

3. REPLACEMENT PROCESS
If your product is eligible for a replacement, the steps are as follows:

Once the returned item is received (if required), the replacement will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, based on stock availability.

4. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence and your Order ID.

Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup of the original item and ship the replacement after we receive and inspect the return.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before the order is processed for shipping, whichever comes first.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may return the item if eligible.
Cancellation for Handcrafted Products:

Cancellation for Custom Print Products:

Custom printed products enter the printing process immediately after order confirmation.

Therefore, cancellations are not accepted once printing has started.

Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:

In such cases, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

7. UNDELIVERABLE RETURN
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:

The order will be marked as “Undelivered” and returned to our facility.

In such cases, we will contact you to confirm whether you want a re-delivery or a refund (if applicable).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.

8. SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS
