For Customizable Products:

Process 1 (After Order Placement):

1. Click on 'Buy Now' and complete the billing and payment process.

2. Send us the image and/or text to be printed via WhatsApp or Email along with your Order ID.

3. We will edit the product and send you a print preview.

4. After your confirmation, we will proceed with printing and start the shipment.

Process 2 (Before Order Placement - Live Customize):

1. Click on 'Customize' and edit your selected product online with your image/text.

2. After completing customization, click 'Proceed', then 'Add to Cart', and finally 'Checkout Now'.

3. Complete billing and payment. After confirmation, we will directly start production and shipment.

For Ready-Made Products:

1. Simply click 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' and complete the payment.

2. Your order will be processed and shipped without any additional customization steps.

We aim to deliver your customized and ready-made gifts safely and on time.
Once your order is confirmed, we carefully pack your product and hand it over to our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but we always ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your product is shipped.
Note:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Delivery charges are free for orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a minimal delivery fee may apply.
