ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION
How do I place an order?
Select your desired product and click on the “Order Now” button. Then choose a payment option and complete your order easily.
What should I do if I want a customized print on the product?
For some customizable products, you’ll see an option called “Customize.” You can use it to edit the design directly with your preferred text or image and place the order.
If you face any difficulty customizing, or if the product doesn’t have a “Customize” option, simply click on “Order Now” to place the order. Then send your image or text to us via WhatsApp or email (mentioning your order ID).
What can be customized in printed or handmade products?
In printed products, you can customize the image, text, color, and in some cases, the font and layout as well.
Some handmade products are also customizable — such as text, background, or color. Let us know what kind of customization you want, and we’ll do our best to make it accordingly.
Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes, based on the information you provide, we will send you a soft copy (mockup) of the design. We will proceed with printing only after you give final approval.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Absolutely. You can place an order for multiple products at once, and each item can have its own customized design.
If you want to order 12 pieces or more of the same product, please contact us before placing the order — we can arrange a special discount.
Can I make changes after the order is confirmed?
If you placed your order using the customization option on our website, you may request changes within 6 hours of ordering by contacting us.
If you’ve sent customization details via WhatsApp or email, we’ll share a soft copy with you before printing. You can request changes in the mockup, and we’ll send you an updated version. Once you confirm the final design, no further changes will be possible.
PAYMENT & BILLING
How can I make a payment?
While placing your order, you can choose your preferred payment option. Our website supports online payments, and for select products and locations, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
What online payment methods are supported?
We support the following payment methods through Razorpay and PayPal:

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for certain products and locations. However, for custom or handmade items, advance payment is required.
If the COD option appears during checkout, it means it is applicable to your location.
How will I receive payment confirmation?
Once your payment is successfully processed, a confirmation message will appear on the website, and an order ID will be generated. You will also receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, first check the transaction status in your UPI app, wallet, or bank app. If the amount is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please send us a screenshot of the payment receipt and the “Order Failed” message via WhatsApp or email. We will verify and get back to you as soon as possible.
Is online payment secure? Will my information be safe?
Yes, our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways like Razorpay and PayPal. Your payment information is completely protected and confidential. We do not store any card or account details.
Will I receive an invoice or bill after making the payment?
Yes, after successful payment, we can send you a soft copy of the invoice via WhatsApp. If needed, a printed hard copy can also be included with your product upon request.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
When will my order be delivered?
We usually try to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, the delivery time depends on our courier partner.

Within West Bengal, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

For other states, it may take 7–10 business days.
For handmade products, delivery might take longer as they require time to prepare before dispatch.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We offer delivery all over India.
You can check delivery availability for your area by entering your PIN code on the checkout page.
International shipping will be available in the future.
Will I get a call before delivery?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
In many cases, the courier partner will call you on the day of delivery.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor the real-time delivery status.
You can also visit the “Track Order” section on our website and track your order using your order ID and email, or the tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request an address change by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
What if my order gets lost or is not delivered?
If your order is lost or not delivered, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and, if needed, arrange for a replacement or refund.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt delivery again.
Alternatively, a family member or trusted neighbor can receive the package on your behalf.
It’s helpful to answer the courier’s call for smoother coordination.

If your order is delivered in a damaged or broken condition, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photos/videos via WhatsApp or email.
We will review the issue promptly and arrange a refund or replacement.
Tip: Please record a video while unboxing the product. It helps us verify the authenticity of your complaint.
Can customized products be returned?
Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
However, if the product is incorrect, damaged, or clearly does not match your order, we will resolve the issue accordingly.
Within how many days is the return policy applicable?
You must request a return or raise a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product.
Return requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return or cancellation is approved, the refund process will begin and the amount is typically credited to your bank or wallet within 5–7 business days.

We offer printing on t-shirts, coffee mugs, photo frames, cushions, clocks, keychains, plates, stone frames, and various other gift items. You can personalize each product with your preferred text, image, or design.
Does the print fade or peel off?
We use high-quality ink and advanced printing technology to ensure long-lasting prints. However, prints may fade if specific care instructions are not followed properly.
What are the washing instructions for printed products?
For t-shirts or fabric-based items, wash gently in cold water inside out. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
Coffee mugs and plates can be washed with mild soap, but avoid excessive scrubbing to maintain print quality.
Can I know about the materials used in your handmade products?
Our handmade products are made using MDF wood, resin, acrylic colors, art paper, cotton rope, toothpicks, and other eco-friendly materials.
Are the handmade products completely handcrafted?
Yes, each handmade product is lovingly and carefully handcrafted. Every piece reflects the touch of creativity and human craftsmanship.
What type of designs or images are suitable for printing?
High-resolution images (preferably 300 DPI or higher) are best suited for printing. Blurry or low-resolution images may result in poor print quality.
Can I review the print quality before final printing?
Yes, once you place your order, we will send you a digital mockup of the design. We proceed with printing only after your final approval.
Do you ensure privacy for custom designs?
Absolutely. Your custom designs, images, or messages are used solely for your order and never shared with any third party.
We may use photos or videos of the final product for marketing purposes. If you’d like your product not to be shared publicly, please mention it at the time of ordering.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we offer gift-ready packaging. You may also request custom gift wraps or message cards. Please inform us via WhatsApp at the time of ordering.
